1. About SavGrow

1.1 Welcome to SavGrow (“Platform”), operated by SAMSHRA PTY LTD (“SavGrow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). SavGrow is a budgeting, cashflow management, savings tracking, mortgage optimisation, and financial insights platform available through:

• - the SavGrow website;
• - iOS mobile applications;
• - Android mobile applications; and
• - associated products and services.

1.2 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and all associated services.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using SavGrow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of SavGrow after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To use SavGrow, you must:

• - be at least 16 years old or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction;
• - have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; and
• - comply with all applicable laws.

2.2 If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

3. About the Platform

3.1 SavGrow provides tools and features including but not limited to:

• - budgeting and expense tracking;
• - mortgage forecasting and repayment simulations;
• - recurring expense detection;
• - subscription tracking;
• - savings goals;
• - cashflow forecasting;
• - AI-powered financial insights;
• - bank account connectivity;
• - shared/family account access; and
• - financial education tools.

3.2 SavGrow is intended to provide general budgeting and financial awareness tools only.
SavGrow does not provide:

• - financial advice;
• - investment advice;
• - tax advice;
• - legal advice; or
• - credit advice.

3.3 All projections, forecasts, simulations, and AI-generated insights are estimates only and may not reflect actual financial outcomes.

 

4. Mobile Application Terms

4.1 SavGrow is available on:

• - Apple App Store (iOS); and
• - Google Play Store (Android).

4.2 Your use of the mobile applications is also subject to:

• - Apple Media Services Terms; and
• - Google Play Terms of Service.

4.3 Where subscriptions are purchased through Apple:

• - Apple acts as the merchant of record;
• - billing and renewals are handled by Apple; and
• - refunds must be requested directly from Apple.

4.4 Where subscriptions are purchased through Stripe:

• - billing is processed directly by SavGrow through Stripe;
• - cancellations may be managed through your SavGrow account settings.

4.5 Deleting the SavGrow application does not cancel an active subscription.

 

5. Account Registration

5.1 To access certain features, you must create a SavGrow account.

5.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

5.3 You are responsible for:

• - maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• - all activity occurring under your account; and
• - ensuring your device security.

5.4 You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

 

6. Subscription Plans

6.1 SavGrow currently offers:

• - Monthly Subscription: AUD $7.99 per month
• - Annual Subscription: AUD $79.99 per year

Pricing may change at any time with reasonable notice.

 

6.2 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6.3 Free trials may be offered from time to time. If a free trial is offered:

• - payment details may be required at signup;
• - you will not be charged during the trial period; and
• - your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6.4 You are responsible for managing subscription cancellations through:

• - Apple ID settings for iOS purchases; or
• - SavGrow billing settings for Stripe subscriptions.

 

7. Payments & Billing

7.1 All fees are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Payments are processed through third-party providers including:

• - Stripe; and
• - Apple App Store billing.

7.3 We are not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment processors.

7.4 If your payment method fails:

• - your access may be suspended; and
• - you remain responsible for outstanding fees.

 

8. Bank Connections & Open Banking

8.1 SavGrow integrates with Basiq Pty Ltd and other approved providers to facilitate Open Banking and Consumer Data Right (“CDR”) services.

8.2 By connecting a financial institution account, you:

• - authorise Basiq and SavGrow to access relevant financial data;
• - acknowledge that data access is governed by applicable CDR laws and provider terms; and
• - consent to secure retrieval of account information.

8.3 SavGrow does not store your banking passwords or internet banking credentials.

8.4 Bank connection availability may vary depending on:

• - financial institution support;
• - third-party service availability; and
• - technical limitations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted bank connectivity.

 

9. Family Sharing & Shared Accounts

9.1 Eligible subscription plans may include Family Sharing functionality.

9.2 The primary account holder may invite additional users to access shared budgeting information.

9.3 The primary account holder remains responsible for:

• - granting access permissions;
• - ensuring they are authorised to share account data; and
• - all activity within the shared account.

9.4 Additional users may:

• - view transactions;
• - manage budgets;
• - view goals;
• - categorise expenses; and
• - interact with shared features.

9.5 Additional users cannot:

• - cancel subscriptions;
• - modify billing information;
• - delete the primary account; or
• - transfer ownership of the account.

 

10. AI Insights & Automated Features

10.1 SavGrow may provide AI-powered insights, recommendations, and financial summaries.

10.2 AI-generated content:

• - is automated;
• - may contain inaccuracies;
• - may not consider your personal circumstances; and
• - should not be relied upon as professional advice.

10.3 You acknowledge and agree that:

• - AI insights are informational only;
• - you remain solely responsible for financial decisions; and
• - SavGrow is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

10.4 AI functionality may rely on third-party AI providers. Relevant financial data may be securely processed to generate AI responses.

 

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use SavGrow:

• - unlawfully;
• - fraudulently;
• - to interfere with Platform security;
• - to reverse engineer the Platform;
• - to scrape or automate access without permission;
• - to distribute malware;
• - to overload infrastructure; or
• - to infringe intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

 

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All intellectual property rights in SavGrow remain owned by SAMSHRA PTY LTD or its licensors.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12.3 You must not:

• - reproduce;
• - copy;
• - distribute;
• - reverse engineer;
• - modify; or
• - commercially exploit

any part of SavGrow without written permission.

 

13. Data & Privacy

13.1 Your use of SavGrow is subject to our Privacy Policy.

13.2 We collect and process personal information for purposes including:

• - account management;
• - budgeting insights;
• - bank synchronisation;
• - analytics;
• - AI processing;
• - customer support; and
• - Platform security.

13.3 We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect user data.

13.4 No system can guarantee absolute security.

14. Mortgage Forecasting Disclaimer

14.1 Mortgage optimisation tools and repayment forecasts are estimates only.

14.2 Results may vary due to:

• - interest rate changes;
• - lender policies;
• - repayment behaviour;
• - fees;
• - refinancing;
• - economic conditions; and
• - incomplete data.

14.3 SavGrow does not provide mortgage broking, lending, or financial advisory services.

15. Third-Party Services

SavGrow may integrate with third-party services including:

• - Basiq;
• - Stripe;
• - Apple;
• - Google;
• - analytics providers; and
• - AI service providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or failures.

 

16. Refund Policy

16.1 Refunds are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

16.2 Unless required by law:

• - subscription fees are non-refundable once charged;
• - cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only; and
• - unused subscription periods are generally non-refundable.

16.3 Apple App Store purchases must be refunded through Apple directly.

 

17. Disclaimer

17.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavGrow is provided “as is” and “as available”.

17.2 We do not guarantee:

• - uninterrupted service;
• - error-free operation;
• - data accuracy;
• - financial outcomes; or
• - compatibility with all devices or institutions.

17.3 You use SavGrow at your own risk.

18. Limitation of Liability

18.1 To the extent permitted by law, SAMSHRA PTY LTD excludes all liability for:

• - indirect loss;
• - consequential loss;
• - loss of profits;
• - loss of data;
• - financial loss; and
• - business interruption.

18.2 Our total liability is limited to:

• - resupplying the affected services; or
• - the amount paid by you to SavGrow in the preceding 12 months, whichever is less.

 

19. Indemnity

You indemnify SAMSHRA PTY LTD against all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• - your misuse of SavGrow;
• - your breach of these Terms;
• - unlawful conduct; or
• - your infringement of third-party rights.

 

20. Suspension & Termination

20.1 We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• - you breach these Terms;
• - payments fail;
• - fraud or abuse is suspected; or
• - required by law.

20.2 You may stop using SavGrow at any time.

20.3 Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions.

21. Dispute Resolution

21.1 Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before commencing legal proceedings.

21.2 Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to mediation in Sydney, New South Wales.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

 

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
